They did that because they knew that the military, the police, the judiciary and the DPP had been neutralised. That is exactly what we are going to face when they pass this Bill. It is not going to happen overnight, it might start with a Fijian passenger not paying his fare to an Indian driver, or a young Fijian boy climbing over the counter to steal sweets in an Indian shop.'
