I'm not sure what that means, because previously he said that you're going to have casualties because Americans don't belong there, and the nature of the conflict is such that you're going to continue to see it. It's not a Korea. It's not a Germany. And if it's not a Korea or a Germany, what do you do about the casualties? So he gets caught in a ... circular argument.
