Where is home? I've wondered where home is, and I realized, it's not Mars or someplace like that, it's Indianapolis when I was nine years old. I had a brother and a sister, a cat and a dog, and a mother and a father and uncles and aunts. And there's no way I can get there again.
About this quote
- What does it mean?
- Home is tied to childhood memories rather than a physical place we can return to.
- In plain terms
- Home exists in memory, not location.
- What can you take from it?
- Accept that places change even if memories stay.
Where it applies
Putting it to work
Questions to consider
- Where is home for you?
- Can you ever truly go back?
Another view
